Trent Bridge
  • England's 315 is their second-highest, first innings losing total against Australia in an ODI. Their highest is 333 for 6 at Sydney in 2010-11. Their highest against all nations is 350 for 7 against India at Pune in 2016-17.
  • The last occasion that Australia used eight bowlers in an innings was during the 2019 World Cup against New Zealand at Lord's.
  • Travis Head's unbeaten 154 is the highest score by an Australian player against England in England surpassing Shane Watson's 143 at Southampton in 2013. Head's innings is the second highest for Australia against England in all ODIs behind only Watson's unbeaten 161 at MCG in 2010-11.

Headingley
  • The last occasion of an England side failing to have an individual fifty in England against Australia in a completed ODI innings was at Trent Bridge in 2009. There have, though, been four occasions since 2009 in Australia.
  • The match saw the ninth occasion of all twenty wickets falling in an England and Australia ODI. Of this number, only three have been held in England:, the other two being at Edgbaston in 1977 and at Southampton in 2013.
  • The 16 wickets to catches in the match is the joint second highest in a match between England and Australia. The most is 18 during last year's World Cup, at Ahmedabad.
  • Adil Rashid became the third England player after James Anderson and Darren Gough to take 200 ODI wickets. He is the forty-second player from all countries to achieve the feat and the twelfth spinner to do so.

Chester-Le-Street
  • For the second time at Chester-le-Street, Australia passed 300 in the first innings of an ODI against England only to be on the losing side. In 2018, they made 310 for 8, the highest, first innings, losing total on the ground.
  • The partnership of 156 between Will Jacks and Harry Brook is not only the highest third-wicket partnership at Chester-le-Street but also the highest for that wicket for England against Australia in England.

Lord's
  • England's 312 for 5 is their highest total against all opposition in an innings reduced to no more than 40 overs. Their previous highest was 280 for 4 against Ireland at Bristol in 31 overs in 2023. England's scoring rate of 8 per over is their second highest in the same circumstances behind only the 9.03 in the Ireland match mentioned above.
  • Rashid became the first England player to take 50 ODI wickets against Australia.
  • Liam Livingstone's strike rate of 229.63 is the second highest by an England player scoring fifty or more in an ODI innings and the highest in England. Livingstone also holds the highest (300.00) in his unbeaten innings of 66 in 22 balls against Netherlands at Amstelveen in 2022.
  • Livingstone's seven sixes is the most by an England player against Australia.
  • England's 186-run win is their second highest against Australia. Their highest is 242 runs at Trent Bridge in 2018. It is also the second highest at Lord's behind only England's 202-run win against India during the inaugural World Cup in 1975.
  • Australia have never had more than two dismissals bowled in an ODI at Lord's. In this match, they had four.

Bristol
  • Ben Duckett joined Sachin Tendulkar as the only players to score two ODI centuries at Bristol. Both of Duckett's centuries have ended on 107, his innings in 2023 against Ireland being unbeaten.
  • The last occasion of a side using eight bowlers in an ODI innings at Bristol was in 2002 by India against Sri Lanka.
  • Brook equalled Livingstone's England record of most sixes in an ODI innings (7) against Australia. Brook's accomplishment is also the joint-fourth occasion of most sixes being hit in a losing cause by an England player, two of these being by Jonny Bairstow.
  • The 132-run partnership between Brook and Duckett is the highest for the third wicket in a losing cause. The same applies for the tenth wicket of 33 between Rashid and Olly Stone.
  • Australia's series victory is their eighth from thirteen against England where a minimum of five matches have been played. Their last such was in 2015.
